We plan around it. Executives and speakers arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) or on private aircraft at PDK and Fulton County are met and taken straight to their hotel or venue. During the event we run convention shuttles, hotel loops and VIP arrivals, with staging and routes planned around road closures and crowd flow.

How far ahead should we book for a large Atlanta event?
For conventions and major events, three to six months ahead gives the best vehicle availability, especially on weeks with a big game or concert downtown. Smaller programs can usually be arranged in two to four weeks.
How do you handle event day road closures?
We plan staging areas, drop off points and routes around each venue's event day traffic plan, and adjust in real time with our coordinators on site.
Do you serve hotels outside downtown?
Yes. We run routes from Midtown, Buckhead, the airport area and Cobb County hotels to downtown venues.
Do you meet private aircraft?
Yes. We meet guests at the FBOs at DeKalb-Peachtree (PDK), Fulton County (FTY) and Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL).
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?
Yes. Tell us the venue's or event's requirements when you request a quote, and we will provide certificates naming the required parties.
