Built for movement.
Nori Experience Group is an event operations firm. We plan and run the transportation, guest movement and hospitality behind sports, live events, conferences and productions.
Ten years behind the scenes
NXG grew out of more than a decade of event logistics work, from production basecamps and talent trailers to VIP transportation for leagues, studios and global conferences.
We brought that work together under one company with one standard: every guest, performer and team member knows where to be, when to be there and how they are getting there. Nori means light, and clarity is the job.
We work as an extension of your team. Our coordinators plan with your producers, venue staff and security, then run the program on the ground from first arrival to last departure.
Our standards
The same operating standards apply to every program, whether we run it with our own team or with a partner operator.
Vetted operators and drivers
We work only with licensed operators that meet our vehicle and driver standards and carry their own commercial auto insurance naming NXG as additional insured. New partners start on a single program and are reviewed before they take on more.
Insurance and compliance
$2 million in general liability and hired and non-owned auto liability, with higher limits matched to program requirements. Every partner operator also carries its own commercial auto coverage. Certificates of insurance are available to venues and clients on request, and we handle permits and venue credentialing where required.
Discretion by default
Talent, executive and VIP movements are confidential. Manifests are shared only with the people who need them, and our teams do not post, discuss or photograph clients or guests.
A coordinator on every program
Every program has a dedicated NXG coordinator who briefs drivers, manages the run of show and stays in contact with your team in real time.
Written plans
Routes, vehicles, staffing, timing and pricing are confirmed in writing before the program starts, so there are no surprises on the day.
Wrap reports
After the event we review what worked and what to change, so repeat programs start ahead.
Questions we hear often
Which markets do you serve?
Anywhere in the world. We deliver full service programs with our coordinators on the ground in any city, from a single event to multi city tours and international activations.
How far in advance should we book?
For conferences, tours and season programs, reach out as early as you can. Two to three months gives us the best vehicle availability. For single events, two to four weeks is usually enough. We can sometimes support shorter timelines, so ask.
How does payment work?
Services are prepaid. A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before service begins. Any overages, such as extra hours or added stops, are settled at the end of each service day. Your written quote lists the exact terms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation windows depend on the vehicle type and program size. They are listed in your written quote before you confirm, and no shows are billed in full.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in quoted rates. It is always at your discretion, and our drivers do not ask for it.
Do you handle private events?
Yes, selectively. We support high profile private events such as milestone celebrations and destination weddings when guests need the same discretion and VIP handling we bring to talent and executives.
Do you own the vehicles?
We run programs with our own coordinators and a vetted network of partner operators, so we can match the right vehicles to each program at any scale, from a single Sprinter to a full fleet of motorcoaches.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. Tell us the venue's requirements when you request a quote and we will provide certificates naming the required parties.
Have a program in mind?
Send us the details and we will reply with a written plan and quote.
